Julie I am going to tell you something, my scale read 3 pounds heavier as well this morning. I almost had a bird! But the more I thought about it the more I relate it to the weights from the shred, you are building muscle sweetie. Please don't let this get you down. i have looked at what I have ate, what I have done in the last couple of days and I have done everything by the book. I have been running and shredding every day.
It's got to be the muscle build up or some water, I actually feel tighter and I am confident that you are going through the same thing.
Please don't stop fighting, its so worth it in the end!
oh and maybe just maybe we should stay off the scale :-)
