I have lost 15 pounds since Monday January 10th...yay go me!! I have been sticking to a strict liquid diet packed with protein (under doc supervision) and been working out 4-5 times a week...Im finally starting to feel good and see a little bit of a difference. I still have A LOT to lose, but Im doing this for ME, and I will do it this time.
I want to have a baby so bad, but I know at my current weight it would not be healthy for me, not to mention the fact that it hasnt happened yet, so I figure something needs to change. I will be a better me, a more healthy me, a more confident me, A HAPPY ME...
