SO...I am going up on the 30th, next weekend to visit the chapel and also to look at a few different sites for the reception.
my first choice (without looking at it first) is the Mission Mill Museum, its right across the street from Willamette University here is the website...

the second place is a restaurant its a little cheaper than the museum, but I dont love it...
