Dress Shopping!

So yeah, I know its a little early for this, but I wanted to go try on a few dresses before I have my surgery next week...so next Tuesday Im going w/ my mom and sisters and future mother in law and a few friends to David's bridal...the dress I posted before I saw in person and I think it looks cheap, but I will still try it on-but I found this one and think its really pretty and would be flattering for a big girl like me :) what do you all think?

holy crap!!! It happened!!

Matt proposed to me on April 21st...I had gone on a week long vacation to visit some friends in Ohio, my plane flew into the Eugene Airport at around 11pm and my plane got in a little early...I was just expecting my parents to drop off my car since those were the arrangements that were made...I walked out of the terminal and saw Matt there, still not expecting anything, and thought "oh how sweet, he missed me"...walked up to him and gave him a big hug, and then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him...of course I said yes!!

Off to Ohio!

I am so excited!! I am going to go visit some of my "Puppy Friends" in Ohio I leave tomorrow and I could not be more ready and excited...My friend Lori lives in a town of like not very many people, so it will be a nice relaxing vacation which is so what I need right now...

I ordered these vase type things for the center pieces, I thought it would be pretty to do like green rock things on the bottom and put some water in there and float a star gazer on top.

So...I do have to have surgery on my knee to repair my ACL, surgery is scheduled for May 8th, less than a month away, ugh! wish me luck!

flower girl dress

Ive been looking at different dresses for Peyton for the wedding, and have found a few that I just love, but I just ordered one because it was cheap...like-REALLY cheap, it was on super duper clearance and I got it for $2.99...so I figured even if I dont have her wear this one, I can always sell it or something, its simple and cute. I got the sash in an azalea color, so that would match w/ stargazer lillies...I dont know, what do you guys think?

so, I didnt get my ring this weekend...I am so bummed out-Matt wants it to be special and blah blah I understand, but still, its hard knowing he has it, but I dont have it yet.

So...looks like we may have picked a date, not 100% sure yet, but Im thinking May 22nd of 2010. Cone Chapel is free that date and so is the grandball room-where I want to have the reception.

The place is only 3 blocks from the Chapel, and if its a nice day, it would be kinda cool for all of us to walk there from the Chapel-I dunno, just silly ideas running through my head
